Elite Africa Football Academy (“EAFA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a non-profit organization dedicated to identifying, supporting, and developing emerging football talent. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information collected through our Student Enrollment Application Form and other interactions with students, parents/guardians, partners, donors, and website visitors.
EAFA is incorporated in the United States and operates programs across Africa. We are committed to complying with applicable data protection and child safeguarding laws in the U.S. and the regions in which we operate.

We collect personal and sensitive personal information directly from parents/guardians and, where appropriate, from students.
a) Student Information

- Date and place of birth
- Age and nationality
- Home address, city, and country
- Academic background (school attended, grade level, languages spoken, learning support needs)
- Football background (playing history, preferred position, experience, strengths, and development areas)
b) Parent/Guardian Information
- Full name
- Relationship to the student
- Phone number and email address
- Occupation
c) Health and Emergency Information
- Medical conditions
- Medications and allergies
- Emergency contact details
This information is collected solely to ensure student safety, wellbeing, and appropriate participation in academy activities.
d) Family and Support Information
- Statements regarding motivation for enrollment
- Financial hardship indicators
- Transportation and parental involvement needs
3. How We Use the Information
We use collected information to:
- Review and assess student applications
- Communicate with parents/guardians and students
- Conduct evaluations, trials, and selection processes
- Provide training, education, and safeguarding support
- Respond to medical or emergency situations
- Determine eligibility for financial or logistical assistance

We do not use student or guardian data for commercial marketing purposes.
