EAFA integrates academics, athletics, and leadership development into one seamless model, equipping every student with the tools to thrive in school, sport, and life.

01

Academic Program

We follow the Cambridge curriculum, globally recognized for fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and lifelong learning.

We begin with Kindergarten + 1st Grade, adding one grade each year until Grade 12 to ensure quality and consistency.

02

Football & Athletic Training

Our football program builds:

  • Technical skill

  • Game intelligence

  • Character, discipline, and teamwork

Training is structured, intentional, and designed to develop excellence on and off the pitch.

03

Leadership & Life Skills

Through mentorship, service, and workshops, students learn communication, self-discipline, teamwork, empathy, and more — shaping them into strong leaders.

04

Boarding & Campus Life

Boarding begins in Grade 9. Students live in a supportive residential environment with study halls, mentorship, extended training, and academic support — building independence and leadership.

EAFA was founded by Dr. Emmanuel Luvert, Executive Director, and guided by a Board of Directors in education, coaching, business, and nonprofit leadership

Yes. EAFA operates as a U.S. nonprofit (501(c)(3) and an international NGO.

EAFA is governed by a Board of Directors and led by the Founder & Executive Director. We have established bylaws, financial policies, and evaluation systems.

We begin by serving children ages 5 and 6, which correspond to Kindergarten and 1st Grade in the United States. Starting in 2026, we will add one grade level each year as the academy grows.

This means that each year, a new incoming class of young students will join, while current students advance to the next grade level. Over time, this model allows us to grow intentionally—building a full K–12 program year by year, while maintaining high-quality instruction, strong relationships, and the resources needed to support every student’s development.

Enrollment dates are TBD while we finalize locations and compliance.

You can donate, partner, volunteer, or share our mission at www.eliteafricafa.com.

The integration of education, elite football training, and leadership development into a single, intentionally designed curriculum for children ages 5–18, delivered tuition-free.

Our model ensures that academic learning and soccer development are aligned within the same daily structure, creating a cohesive environment where students grow intellectually, athletically, and personally.

Each stage is purposefully structured so students build academic foundations, football skills, and leadership capacity through a unified K–12 pathway
