Apolinar is an Oregon and Washington-licensed civil litigator with expertise in personal injury law. He is a proud University of Oregon graduate in Applied Mathematics and Spanish, and later earned his Juris Doctor (JD) cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, with an international study stint in Buenos Aires.

In addition to providing strategic legal counsel, Apolinar has served as a board member on the Oregon State Bar Board of Governors and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors. Aside from his legal career, Apolinar enjoys playing soccer and has a passion for youth mentorship —as evidenced through longstanding roles in youth tutoring programs and coaching U15 players with Eugene Timbers FC.
