Momodou Lamin Bah is an experienced educator, school leader, and community advocate with a strong commitment to youth development through education and sport. A proud Gambian, he has dedicated his career to strengthening learning environments and expanding opportunities for young people through effective teaching, leadership, and mentorship.

He began his professional journey as a classroom teacher from 2012 to 2019, after earning a Higher Teachers Certificate (with distinction) in Agricultural Science and Physical & Health Education from the Gambian College School of Education. He later continued his studies at the University of The Gambia, majoring in Agricultural Science with a minor in Biology. He currently serves as the Principal of Jofi Modern School, where he leads academic programming, supports staff development, and promotes a culture of excellence and accountability.

In addition to school leadership, Mr. Bah has contributed to several education and development organizations, including serving as an Agricultural Officer with SOS Children’s Village, a Pedagogical Trainer with Effective Intervention, and an Education Coordinator with Africa Start Up, supporting after-school learning and youth mentorship. These roles have strengthened his expertise in curriculum support, instructional quality, and community-based education initiatives.

As a Board Member of Elite Africa Football Academy, Mr. Bah provides critical guidance on academic structure, school operations, and local educational alignment in The Gambia. His deep understanding of national education systems and youth development helps ensure that EAFA delivers a strong, holistic model that integrates academics, character development, and sport. Passionate about the future of education and athletics, he aspires to pursue a Master’s degree in Sport Administration, further equipping him to support EAFA’s long-term mission and impact.
